Volcán de mi Tierra is 100,000 years in the making. Grown in the shadow of a volcano, eruption shaped its terrain and ash created its fertile soil. From the ashes of a volcano in Jalisco, Mexico rises an extraordinary spirit that embodies the grit, patience, and optimism needed during this time. Its complexity comes from blending the distinct flavors of the highland and lowland agave, which takes about 3,250 days to ripen before harvest.
Tequila Blanco blends the herbal, citrus, and spicy indicative of the lowlands with fruity notes like cherry and pear from the highlands. Its taste combines sweet agave notes with delicate hints of grapefruit and a touch of black pepper spice, resulting in a well-balanced finish.

2 oz - Volcán Tequila Blanco
3/4 oz - Lime
3/4 oz - Agave Syrup
1.5 oz - Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Pinch of Salt
Soda Water
