- 4 oz Pitu Cachaca
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons simple syrup
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 pineapple wedges (garnish)
Combine Pitu Cachaca, pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Makes 2 servings.
