Sourced primarily from two Minuty estate vineyards: One in Saint-Tropez influenced by the marine proximity One in Vidauban, more continental and planted to vines with an average age of 25 years.
The most structured and expressive of all the Minuty wines. Pleasant minerality and great freshness.
