Malibu Mango Mojito
- 2 1/2 parts Malibu Mango
- 1/2 part fresh lime juice
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3-4 mint sprigs
- 3 lime wedges
- 2-3 splashes club soda
Place 1/2 part lime juice, 1/2 part simple syrup, 3 lime wedges, and 3 sprigs of mint into the bottom a tall glass, and muddle together. Splash in a dash of club soda and stir the mixture well until the sugar dissolves completely. Add 2-1/2 parts Malibur Mango and ice. Stir vigorously to combine the ingredients, then top the glass off by filling it the rest of the way with soda water. Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve immediately.
