To create Extra Age Blanc de Blancs, the House selected Chardonnays from Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Oger and Mesnil-sur-Orge and blended vintages from 2004, 2005 and 2006. Aged for at least 5 years in our Cellars, this Blanc de Blancs is a harmonious, rich and delicate wine with extreme finesse.
