The finest raw ingredients, mastery of the art of distilling premier spirits and the selection of only the finest oak casks, each over 25 years of age and chosen at the peak of maturation. The casks are married together in batches and then finished in sherry casks for final flourish of spice, depth and complexity.
Dark chocolate with scents of dried sultanas on the nose. The palate is silky and sweet with cinnamon notes, before an incredibly long, rich and balance finish.
