The Esprit couture Cuvee, produced in limited quantities, is a celebration of our expertise that allows no compromise. Above all it is a tribute to Monsieur COLLET, the man who created Champagnes. Today, his wine making philosphy remains at the core of our company.
Esprit couture is a celebration of tradition. Made entirely by hand and composed of our finest cuvee's, this elegant Champagne is based on wine-making techniques handed down through generations. This wine epitomizes the philospohy and style of our wine-producers - an association of connoisseurs' and craftsmen. Their sole aim is to produce the most authentic Champagne.It has a fine and even ringf of bubbles ("cordon de mousse"), and an intense color with refined golden highlights. There are a multitude of floral notes on the nose, leaving behind a slight hint of vanilla.
On the palette, our masterpiece reveals a delicious range of fruit driven flavors and aromas, highlighted by subtle notes of cherry and yellow plum.
It has a superbly smooth texture with a long finish of rare intesity.
